What can you do?

Donate to Preserve MKE Org nonprofit. Its takes time and money to educate and advocate for our cause.
Know who your Alderman, Board member, State Assembly, State Senator are. Talk to them directly. Ask them these questions:
1. What is your position on the tearing down of Milwaukee's historic exhibits?
2. What happens if the Museum board needs more money for their plans?
3. What are are the plans for the MPM building and land?
4. Will you support community driven preservation efforts?
5. Use this template to send a letter or frame your conversation.
Help build the community, get others involved. Find support with Milwaukee's movers and shakers.
Go to every council and county board meeting where these plans are discussed.
Speak. Challenge. Be professional.
Help the club with simple tasks. To get started there will be a lot of administrative work.
Help with fundraising.
Be a vigilant supporter. Let this be a topic of conversation maybe more than you'd normally do. Lots of people care and will help when they know others are driving the cause.
